About the role
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B SaaS team in Bengaluru. You will focus on understanding complex user needs, shaping product direction through research, and translating insights into usable interfaces. The role requires strong systems thinking and hands-on ownership of design systems: creating reusable components, documentation, and patterns that scale across products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver end-to-end experiences for business customers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. You should be comfortable running research and design workstreams, presenting findings to stakeholders, and iterating designs based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product design for B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrable strength in user research: planning and running generative and evaluative studies, synthesizing insights into recommendations
- Proficient in systems thinking: mapping journeys, identifying system-level problems, and designing for cross-product consistency
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems, including component libraries, tokens, and documentation
- Strong prototyping and interaction design skills with high-fidelity deliverables suitable for engineering handoff
- Portfolio that shows end-to-end product design work and research artifacts
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru full-time
