Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to SudoHire by employers, talent, team members, and platform administrators.

Effective: 8 August 2026

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account and company information, protect access to your account, and use a company-owned email address where employer verification is required. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Hiring content and decisions

Employers are responsible for every job description, social post, screening criterion, message, and hiring decision. Content must be accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory, and appropriate for the location where it is used.

AI-assisted features

AI output is a draft and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable language. You must review and correct it before publishing or sharing. SudoHire does not make employment decisions and AI scores or summaries must not be the sole basis for a decision.

Acceptable use

Do not post deceptive roles, collect candidate data without a legitimate hiring purpose, bypass access controls, misuse personal data, or use the service for unlawful discrimination, spam, fraud, or harmful activity.

Service and subscriptions

Trials, plans, usage limits, and features may change as shown in the product. Continued paid access after a trial may require selecting a plan. Service availability is not guaranteed without interruption.

Suspension and contact

SudoHire may restrict accounts that breach these terms or create security, legal, or candidate-safety risks. Questions or disputes can be sent to the support contact published by SudoHire.
