SudoHire processes account identity, company details, job content, candidate profiles, applications, CVs, contact details, team activity, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate hiring workspaces, publish opportunities, receive applications, provide AI-assisted drafting and summaries, enforce access controls, send transactional emails, and improve reliability.
AI processing
Text submitted to AI-assisted features may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate requested content. Employers should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in prompts.
Sharing and access
Candidate data is shown only to authorized workspace members or people with recorded access. SudoHire may use configured infrastructure, authentication, email, and AI service providers to deliver the platform.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users may request correction or deletion of their information where applicable. Employers remain responsible for their own legal basis, notices, retention rules, and responses to candidate privacy requests.
